liventura vermarktet gemeinsam mit der YOUR SL GmbH zukünftig als E-Business Partner der Telekom die gesamte T-Home Produktpalette. In einer speziellen Online-Marketingaktion für virtuelle Welten steht der Aufbau einer dedizierten Network-Marketing Plattform in Second Life im Mittelpunkt der Aktivitäten.

Die Partner werden ausschließlich im Metaversum geworben, geschult und betreut. Dabei nutzen wir die exzellenten Kollaborationsmöglichkeiten dieses Mediums, denn alle Meetings finden im virtuellen Raum mit integrierter Sprachtechnologie statt.

Die Partner, stellvertretend anwesend durch ihre Avatare, können dort Produkt- und Preisinformationen austauschen, Erfahrungsberichte geben und erhalten Antworten auf alle Fragen rund um Call & Surf sowie den T-Entertain Produkten. Our virtual presence of the famous luxury department store KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens, Berlin) in Second Life has been chosen as one of the top places in Second Life by the popular German newspaper Bild.de and the well known Second Life magazine AvaStar.

Bild.de refers to our KaDeWe as:

Das Kaufhaus des Westens oder auch KaDeWe ist eines der trendigsten Kaufhäuser Europas. Es ist vielleicht eher ein Ausflugsziel für Touristen, als für normale Berliner im RL, aber die SL-Nachbildung aus Anlass des 100-jährigen Jubiläums ist allseits beliebt. Es ist eine faszinierende Konstruktion und ebenso ein großartiger Treffpunkt um soziale Kontakte zu knüpfen. (Name des Sim: KaDeWe)

Twinity is now in the official public beta phase. A virtual world that brings the dream of ‘virtual reality’ back to life. liventura is an official full service provider for Twinity.

The latest massive multiplayer online virtual world "Twinity" officially launched on Friday the 7th september. On the opening event, Berlin's major Klaus Wowereit has been given the symbolic key to the virtual city.

"We’re especially happy to see how many new international visitors and inhabitants virtual Berlin has already gained in the last few days,” Wowereit commented.

Now users can venture out and explore virtual Berlin from anywhere in the world. Singapore, London and many other international metropolises are set to follow in the near future. During the public beta phase Twinity will be constantly tested and updated, new content will be added and the platform will be optimized with the help of member feedback.

“People can live, work, and have fun here. They can also beam themselves straight into the world’s most attractive cities with a single click. With the launch of our public beta phase, we have laid the foundation for Twinity’s international rollout.” said Jochen Hummel, CEO of Metaversum GmbH.

SL Exchange is the most popular online store for products related to or available within the virtual world of Second Life™. Second Analytics, our Second Life metrics and user tracking solution is now also available at slexchange.com.

Twinity is a 3D online world that mashes up the real with the virtual world. Since July liventura also is an official Twinity developer.

Twinity offers its members the ability to populate the digital world with their own avatars, design 3D homes, communicate with friends, engage in shared media experiences, work or simply have fun. Members of the Twinity community enrich and expand their lives by integrating real life into the virtual world. Twinity is currently in public Beta.

On July 1st 2008 liventura’s managing partner Christian Leffin met with Prof. Dr. Rudolf Kruse and Mr. Matthias Steinbrecher of the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. They took a look at the students work on Second Analytics during the last half year and discussed the next steps of the collaboration.

Second Analytics
is the state-of-the-art metrics and user tracking solution for the virtual world of Second Life™ launched in 2006 with today more than 600.000 avatar profiles.

When Prof. Dr. Kruse, Mr. Matthias Steinbrecher and his team from the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg took a look at Second Analytics in 2007 we decided to cooperate on different topics like database optimization, special methods of visualization, innovative approaches of search queries and more.

Five students and computer scientists (Dipl.-Informatiker) were working on new features and extended functionality of Second Analytics during the last 6 months. In the future we will intensify the collaboration on specific projects.

The viral clip "come with nothing - go with everything" by Sebastian Deyle and Tobias Düsing filmed at the Cannes film festival May 2008 received the award "Special Mention" in the Cannes á la Flip Competition.

A guy gets thrown out of a car a few miles away from Cannes... completely naked! Have fun watching him walking through the city only dressed with the silver bag, everybody gets when asking for his badge...

Our B_NETWORKers Sebastian Deyle and Tobias Düsing have made this short Clip during their stay in Cannes in May 2008 while presenting their new short movie "Happy Hour" at the Cannes Film Festival.

I personally like the clip for the Cannes á la Flip Competition very much and if you look at the comments here at www.theauteurs.com, there are a lot of other people thinking in the same way.

On April 28, 2008 the OSRAM "1 Mio. L$ Idea" contest in Second Life has successfully ended. "The 1 Mio. L$ Idea" by OSRAM was a user-generated-content contest in the virtual environment Second Life.

In a huge ceremony the winners of the virtual worlds project "The 1 Mio. L$ Idea" by OSRAM in Secondlife were celebrated.

During this 5 month project OSRAM was looking for new product ideas for the real world, submitted by Secondlife users and developed in the virtual world.

Many, many ideas were submitted during the registration period - over 30 qualified for the building challenge. For the contest finals OSRAM reviewed them all and picked the ten most unique, creative and market orientated.

The creators of these ten ideas were then devided into two teams. Those teams decided which of the participants ideas should be their final submissions, worked them out together in detail, added more features, even merged two ideas into one. Both teams created very impressive presentations of their projects an did an absolutely awesome job.

However a winner had to be choosen and so did OSRAM after a long, indeep review of both teams work. On April 28 the winning team was announced during a huge ceremony, celebrated with a nice party and an awesome firework. Here are some impressions from that very special night in and around the OSRAM DOT-it Arena in Second Life ...

Second Analytics hat bereits mehr als 500.000 Unique Avatar Profile in seiner Datenbank - die Funktionalitäten der Second Life Metrics Lösung Nummer Eins wird kontinuierlich ausgebaut.

Bekannte Unternehmen wie accenture, Kelly Services, die Telekom sowie größere Communitíes wie Apfelland (die größte deutschsprachige Community) und Wien (östereichische SL-Community) nutzen bereits teilweise seit über einem Jahr unsere Second Life Analytics Lösung: Second Analytics, www.second-labs.com.

Wir möchten auf diesem Wege DANKE sagen.

Nachdem eine konstituierende Sitzung bereits am 2. November im Concorde Hotel Berlin stattgefunden hat, wird das Agentur Netzwerk „B_NETWORK“ nun an einem gemeinsamen Standort in Berlin an den Start gehen.

In der Bismarckstrasse 68 / 3.OG wird zukünftig auf 300 qm ein neues Kreativzentrum entstehen,
das die Elemente; Virtuelle Welten, PR & Kommunikation, Markenführung, Eventmarketing,
Neue Medien, Web Entwicklung, Online Spiele und klassische Filmproduktion zusammenführt.
